Pantothenic Acid

Pantothenic acid, also known as B5, is another essential vitamin, which is necessary for energy production and consumption. It is found in chicken liver, sunflower seeds, salmon, avocado, meat, vegetables, cereal grains, legumes, eggs, and milk.

Pantothenic Acid is frequently used in combination with other B vitamins and has been used for treating many ailments: acne, allergies, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), heart failure, respiratory disorders, celiac disease, colitis, conjunctivitis, convulsions, depression, diabetic nerve pain, irritability, low blood pressure, multiple sclerosis, and muscular dystrophy to name a few.
