You see it all over our website, our products, and our social media. It’s our mantra. Our purpose. It is everything we strive to do each and every day.

Live All In.

In honor of our official launch, we want to share with you what we believe it means to Live All In, and little things we can do each day to help us do so. At Liveli, we believe living all in means living out of purpose, and not living out of habit. Giving back to others, living with mindfulness and intention, and engaging in healthy habits are just a few of the tenets we believe in when we choose to progress.

Volunteer

Studies show that volunteering actually makes us happier. It makes us feel more connected to others, eases the effects of stress and anxiety, and provides us a sense of purpose. All you need to volunteer is two things -- a passion to help others and a sense of positivity. The benefits of doing good are endless, for you and for others.

Meditate
We could go on about the benefits of meditation for days. It provides a boost to your concentration, reduces stress, bolsters your immune system, and is even shown to increase happiness. Don’t believe us just yet? Read on about it here.

Practice Self Love

The little voice inside of our heads isn’t always the most positive. Take time to be kind to yourself -- whether it’s buying yourself flowers, taking an hour of “me” time at the end of the day, or writing a list of positive self affirmations, it’s necessary to be a friend to yourself and not just everyone else.

Remove toxic things -- and people -- from your life

We often feel pressure to make time for people more out of politeness and less out of intention. Doing things or spending time with people just because you feel like you should turns our personal lives and our free time into another responsibility on our plate. Take a personal inventory of the things and people that may not be helping you live your best life and know that it is okay to let them go. In doing so, we are more able to cherish the people and moments in our lives that lift us higher.

Exercise

Endorphins, endorphins, endorphins. Not only is exercise good for your physical well-being, but mentally too. At Liveli, we believe that our bodies can do amazing things and deserve to be treated that way. Take time every day to see just what your body is capable of.


Set Daily Intentions
When we wake up each morning, we like to write a list of at least 3 things we’d like to be mindful about throughout the day. This can be either a task to be accomplished, a way to approach our thinking towards a situation, or a simple way to express gratitude. Not only does this make our days more focused, we are then fully present and living in the moment.
